The part we are actually judged on
Service
Diagnosis and repair
Bring it in, or ask about pickup and delivery on commercial units. We work from your model and serial number, and your machine’s history is already on file if we have seen it before.
Seasonal service
Blades, belts, filters, deck level, tyre pressures and a hydraulic check — the annual pass that stops small things becoming a July breakdown.
Off-season scheduling
Winter is the cheapest time to fix a machine, because it is not earning anyway. Commercial fleets go on the calendar — ask a rep to book yours.
Parts counter
Blades, belts, filters and the wear parts that stop a route. Call ahead with your model and serial number and we will have it on the counter.
We service a Gravely® machine whether or not you bought it from us. Gravely® service runs at Koenig in Franklin, IN, Lebanon, OH, Tipp City, OH, Urbana, OH — hours and phone numbers.
Book service
Have your model and serial number ready. It is on a plate under the seat or on the frame, and it turns a twenty-minute call into a five-minute one.
Do you service a machine you did not sell?
Yes. Bring the model and serial number and we will put it on file the same way we would for a machine bought here.
Do you pick up and deliver?
Ask about it on commercial units — getting the machine in and back without costing you a crew is usually the point of the call.
How long will it be in the shop?
It depends on the part and the season. The service desk will tell you honestly, and will say if waiting until off-season is the better call.
Can I buy parts and do it myself?
Of course. Tell us the model and serial number and we will get you the right part and tell you what the job involves.
Have the serial number ready. Call the shop.
Under the seat or on the frame. That one number gets you a straight answer.
